Speaking Engagements

Our stories aren’t ours.
They belong to the people who think they are lonely.
Peachie Wimbush-Polk

I’ve endured severe physical abuse from my mother.
I survived homelessness.
I immigrated to America and became and undocumented.
I married the Marine who’s ship sunk abroad…
I could keep on and on!!

For years I hated my CRAZY life, and I made every attempt to hide it, but now, I’ve realized the value in it.

Through my one hour talk, I remind the audience that we are not the circumstances of our life, that instead, we can use our pain to transform the life of others while we heal our own wounds.
