7 hours is the most common length of a regular wedding with all the traditional elements and over 50 guest.
With this package you can expect coverage of the following wedding day events:

THIS IS CONSIDERED
A FULL WEDDING.
$4200 USD+ 7% tax
5 Hours
5 hours is the most common length of smaller and intimate weddings, usually at 1 location, with less than 50 guests.
With this package you can expect coverage of the following wedding day events:
+ First look
+ Couple portraits
+ Family & bridal portraits.
+ Ceremony
+ Cocktail hour
THIS IS CONSIDERED
AN INTIMATE WEDDING.
$3000 USD+ 7% tax
2 HOURS
2 hour is the most common length of Micro weddings, such as courthouse weddings or home weddings. These types of gatherings usually don't involve more than 10 guests.
With this package, you can expect coverage of the following wedding day events:
+ Ceremony
+ Family & bridal portraits.
+ Toast & cake cutting.
+ Couple portraits.
THIS IS CONSIDERED
A MICRO WEDDING.
$1.200 USD+ 7% tax
Hiring Process Overview:
Most couples that are interested in working with us, don't have previous experience in booking wedding vendors, so here is an overview of what to expect.
Knowing what is about to happen minimizes anxiety, and helps you understand our process:

/ You get in touch clicking "Begin the journey".

/ I respond to your email, and confirm my availability.

/ We schedule a video chat meeting and we have the MEETING
more or less within a week.

/ The meeting help us get to know each other, while I ask you a few key questions that allow me to determine the time we will need during your wedding day.

/ with the information gathered during the meeting, I draft a basic timeline and Based on this I send you the draft along a quote.
6-
/ If you like the quote, you accept it, sign the contract, and pay the deposit.
7-
/ We each celebrate our intense adulting with individual happy dances.
Engagement sessions
You get a $100 discount when booked with a wedding package
We offer two different styles of engagement sessions:
- In-home $500
- Outdoors $600
An engagement session gives you not only pictures, but it allows you to learn what it feels like to have a camera on your face while learning about your own body, and how it looks through our lens.
We recommend all couples to book an engagement session, even before booking their wedding photographer, as it is an excellent opportunity to experience if you like our style of work.
In addition to our packages, we offer an amazing artisan-crafted album. The most sustainable yet luxury in the market, and with a lifetime limited warranty.

FAQ
What if none of these options work for me?
I am open to customizing whatever you may need.
What if I need more than 7 hours?
Additional hours are available as an add-on.
Most people think they need more hours than they actually do.
Together we will draft a tentative timeline, and that will give you an idea of how many hours of service you will need.
If you decide to add an extra hour on the day of the wedding, you will receive an additional invoice and you have a month to make that payment.
(This has only happened twice. Our timelines are very accurate).
Do you work outside of Pittsburgh?
I travel anywhere. I generally don't charge extra for other locations, but I do require gas, tolls, and 2 nights of lodging.
Do you only shoot weddings?
Nope. I shoot families, engagements, anniversary sessions, and branding. Pricing by the hour is the same for everything, $600.

Do you offer payment plans?
Sometimes. Mention it during the consultation and we'll discuss that.
What payment methods are available?
I work with a third party that accepts debit and credit cards. I also accept Venmo and Zelle.
What if you are sick the day of my wedding?
I work with 3 different associate photographers, who can cover for anyone who is sick.
Hiring Sandrachile services does not mean you will hire Sandra, it means anyone from this studio can provide services for you.
The results are the same regardless of who the photographer is.
