A 7 day guided road trip along the legendary Carretera Austral, designed for women who are ready to step away from routine and reconnect with nature, stillness, and their own rhythm.

Bravas is a 7-day guided road trip along the legendary Carretera Austral.

Traveling in an intimate group of four, we’ll drive from Balmaceda to Cochrane, exploring remote villages, hidden landscapes, and the raw beauty of Chilean Patagonia.

Think turquoise rivers, vast valleys, marble caves, and long conversations that unfold as naturally as the road ahead.

This is not a rushed itinerary or a typical tour; it’s a slow, intentional experience created for women between 30 and 50 who crave something deeper than sightseeing—a space to disconnect from noise and expectations, and reconnect with their strength, their softness, and their sense of adventure.

  • You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should feel comfortable with light-to-moderate activity, such as short hikes and long drives.
    The journey is designed to be accessible while still immersive.

  • This is not a tour, it’s an intimate, guided experience.
    With only four women, the pace is slower, the connections are deeper, and the focus is on presence rather than checking off destinations.

  • We stay in carefully selected local lodges and guesthouses along the Carretera Austral, comfortable, authentic, and connected to the landscape and the local people.

  • Food in remote Patagonia is part of the experience—simple, local, and shaped by what’s available along the Carretera Austral.

    We do our best to accommodate general dietary preferences and will always ask about your needs in advance. However, due to distance, options can be limited, especially for strict diets (such as vegan, gluten-free, or medically/religiously restricted diets).

    Because of this, we’re not able to guarantee accommodation of strict dietary requirements, including religious dietary restrictions.

    If you do have specific needs, we recommend:

    • Letting us know in advance so we can assess feasibility

    • Bringing personal essentials or snacks to supplement meals

    That said, we always make sure you’re well cared for, and shared meals often become a meaningful and connecting part of the journey.

  • Most women do. Bravas is designed exactly for that! Arriving solo but leaving connected.

  • You’ll fly into Balmaceda airport [BBA], where the journey begins.
    Full travel guidance is provided after booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as each trip is limited to four participants. However, your spot may be transferable if you find someone to take your place.
